Short Ribs

English Cut. $16 a pound. Rich, beefy, and incredibly tender when cooked low and slow. Braise or slow-cook at low heat for 3–4 hours, until fork-tender and nearly falling off the bone.
Flanken Ribs

Great for Korean BBQ or quick grilling. Marinate overnight and grill 2–3 minutes per side. (approximately 1 lb. packages)
